Terms of Service

Welcome to dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter mobile application and related services (the "App") developed and operated by x13apps. By creating an account, signing in, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy when creating an account. If you sign in through Google, Apple, Facebook, or another provider, you may be asked to review and accept these documents before continuing.
• If you do not agree, do not use the App.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old, or 16 where required in the EEA, to use the App.
• You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by our own security failure.

4. Subscriptions, Add-Ons, and Payments

• dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter may offer free access, auto-renewable subscriptions, and one-time consumable add-on packs such as Extra Questions and Extra DreamArt.
• Subscription benefits reset each billing period according to the selected plan. Consumable add-on credits add the stated question or DreamArt rights to your account and do not expire unless required by platform rules or law.
• Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or store full payment card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period through your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• Deleting the App or your dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or app store policy. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google Play under their rules.

5. User Content and AI Processing

• You keep ownership of dreams, notes, prompts, images, and other content you create.
• You grant x13apps a limited license to process, store, transmit, format, display, and sync your content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the App.
• When you request AI features, relevant content may be sent to third-party AI/service providers listed in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell dream content and do not use it to train AI models owned by x13apps.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to submit it.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-violating activity.
• Do not submit illegal, exploitative, harassing, hateful, or rights-violating content.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass security, or interfere with the App or infrastructure.
• Do not create multiple accounts to bypass limits, abuse free credits, or manipulate purchases.
• Do not sell, rent, share, or transfer account access or generated entitlements.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, software, design, branding, logo, features, and infrastructure belong to x13apps or its licensors.
• The dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter name and related marks may not be copied or used without permission.
• AI-generated outputs are provided as part of the service and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for others.

8. Account Deletion and Termination

• You may delete your account in the App or through our account and data deletion page.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, create security risk, or if required by law or platform rules.
• After deletion, some records may be retained temporarily where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance, or purchase/accounting records.

9. Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee AI interpretations, chats, summaries, DreamArt, statistics, or reminders will be accurate, complete, suitable, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI outputs or dream-related content.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, x13apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or the minimum amount required by law if higher.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes may be shown in the App, on this website, by email, or by other reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires another process.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. Disputes shall be handled by competent courts in Istanbul, Türkiye, unless applicable law requires another venue.
