How dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter collects, uses, shares, and protects your information.

dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter is developed and operated by x13apps ("we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, which service providers help us operate the App, and what choices and rights you have. It applies to the dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter mobile application, related cloud services, and support pages.
Your dream journal is personal. We do not sell your personal information, we do not share your dreams with advertisers, and we do not use your dream content to train AI models owned by x13apps.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- Account information: email address, display name, profile image URL, sign-in provider identifiers, Firebase user ID, and legal acceptance records.
- Dream content: dream descriptions, titles, dates, tags, selected interpretation schools, AI interpretations, likes, bookmarks, weekly letters, and related metadata.
- Optional dream profile information: birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, relationship status, occupation, spiritual background, sleep quality, stress level, lucid dream experience, and saved My People entries if you choose to add them.
- Chat and AI messages: questions, follow-up messages, summaries, expert chat content, and generated responses.
- DreamArt content: art styles, prompts, generated images, image URLs/files, image metadata, storage keys, gallery preferences, and likes.
- Support and legal requests: information you send when contacting us or requesting account/data deletion.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device, app, and diagnostics: device model, operating system, app version, language, timezone, crash reports, performance logs, and feature usage.
- Security data: authentication tokens, App Check signals, sync status, encrypted backup status, deletion logs, IP-derived technical logs, and abuse-prevention records.
- Purchase data: product identifiers, subscription status, consumable credit balances, purchase history, transaction identifiers, and entitlement events.
- Notification data: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens and notification preferences when notifications are enabled.
1.3 Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in with Google, Apple, or Facebook where available, we receive account identifiers and profile details those providers share with us.
- App stores and RevenueCat provide purchase and entitlement status needed to unlock subscriptions and add-on credits.
2. How AI Features Use Data
When you request AI features, the content needed to complete your request may be sent through x13apps systems to third-party AI/service providers.
- Dream interpretation: dream text, selected interpretation schools, dream date/time when provided, app language, and optional profile or saved-person context.
- AI chat and expert chat: your message, relevant chat history, selected interpreter/expert, and related dream text.
- DreamArt: dream text, art style, generated image prompt, artwork title, image metadata, and storage references.
- Weekly letters, summaries, punctuation, and tags: the dream, interpretation, chat, or text content needed for the requested feature.
Text AI features may be processed by Google Gemini and OpenRouter. DreamArt image generation may be processed by Black Forest Labs and fal.ai. Do not enter information that you do not want processed by the App or by these providers.
3. Consent, Choices, and Legal Acceptance
- When you create an account, or when you first continue after social sign-in where required, the App may ask you to review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
- By accepting these documents and using an AI feature, you direct us to send the necessary content to the listed providers to perform the feature you requested.
- You can avoid sending dream content to AI providers by not using AI interpretation, AI chat, weekly letter, punctuation, tagging, or DreamArt features.
4. How We Use Information
- Create and maintain your account, save your journal, organize dreams, and sync eligible data across devices.
- Generate AI interpretations, chats, summaries, weekly letters, tags, punctuation corrections, and DreamArt only when you request those features.
- Manage subscriptions, consumable add-on credits, purchase restoration, refund support routed through app stores, and fraud prevention.
- Send notifications if you enable them, provide support, troubleshoot errors, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following providers to operate the App. They process data under their own privacy terms and security safeguards. We require providers that process user data for us to provide protections consistent with this Policy, applicable law, and App Store privacy requirements.

6. What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share dream content with advertisers.
- We do not use dream content for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use dream content to train AI models owned by x13apps.
7. Security
- Network traffic is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Local dream data is stored in the App's private application storage and may be protected by device security and optional app lock.
- Cloud sync uses authenticated requests, Supabase Row-Level Security, and Firebase App Check where available.
- Optional PIN-based cloud encryption stores eligible synced journal and profile data as an AES-256-GCM encrypted cloud backup. Operational records, purchase records, notification tokens, DreamArt storage records, security logs, and service metadata may remain outside that encrypted backup when needed to operate the App.
No internet service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your device, account credentials, and backup PIN secure.
8. Retention and Deletion
- We keep account and journal data while your account is active or as needed to provide the App.
- You can delete your account in the App or through our account and data deletion page.
- After deletion, we attempt to remove active cloud data, DreamArt storage records, local app data, notification tokens, and authentication data as soon as technically feasible.
- Backup copies, logs, fraud-prevention records, purchase records, tax/accounting records, and legal records may be retained for a limited period when required or permitted by law, app store rules, security needs, or dispute resolution. Backup or log copies are generally removed within 30 days unless a longer period is required.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained for analytics, security, and service improvement.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, object to, or withdraw consent for certain processing of your personal data.
- You can request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or consent withdrawal by contacting us.
- EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey, California, and other regions may provide additional privacy rights. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Children and Other People
dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter is not intended for children under 13, or under 16 where a higher minimum age applies. Do not submit another person's sensitive information, private communications, or copyrighted content unless you have permission or another lawful basis.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including Türkiye, the United States, and countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections, provider commitments, and technical/security measures.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Significant changes may be shown in the App, on this website, by email, or by other reasonable notice. Continued use after an update means the revised Policy applies, except where law requires another process.
