Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of your dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter account and associated personal data.

Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion request. You may need to sign in again for security.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to the app, email us from the email address linked to your dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter account:

Please include the email address used for your dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter account. Do not include your password. We may ask for additional verification before deleting the account.

What We Delete

• Account profile data and authentication identifiers.
• Dream entries, tags, AI interpretations, chat messages, saved people, bookmarks, badges, preferences, notification tokens, and synced app data.
• DreamArt prompts, generated image records, and associated cloud storage records where technically available.
• Local app data is deleted when you use the in-app deletion flow on the device.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, store purchase records, tax/accounting obligations, or dispute resolution. Backup or log copies are removed within 30 days unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Subscriptions

Deleting your dreamOut AI Dream Interpreter account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions from your Apple ID or Google Play account before deleting your account if you do not want future renewals.
